Mayra Armijo Ugalde is a Researcher in Aztec Astrology, Psychology, Philosophy and Pre-Hispanic symbology for its application in psychology, therapy, education, business, social and governmental organizatiozal models. She is an artist, author, columnist, lecturer, producer and Mesoamerican culture bearer of values, traditions, philosophy and art. Mayra is the Vice President of the Mexican Association of Pre-Hispanic Martial Arts Xilam A.C. Founding member of “Fundación Quetzalcopilli A.C.” and “Vía Para La Nueva Era Foundation”.

Bob Moesta
Vice President
Founder President & CEO of the Re-Wired Group | Partner at The Majesty Fund
Born with a curious and analytical mind, Moesta has dedicated his career to understanding and solving customer struggles. He has started 8 companies and is currently the co-founder of the Re-Wired Group and served as its CEO & President, helping companies of all sizes unlock hidden insights and create successful products and services
He has applied his JTBD framework across various industries, revolutionizing the way businesses approach innovation and marketing. Moesta has coauthored the books “Demand-Side Sales 101” and “Learning to Build” and shared his insights at numerous universities, conferences, and events His passion for understanding customer motivations and experiences continues to inspire others to adopt a Jobs-To-Be-Done mindset.With his relentless pursuit of understanding what truly drives customer behavior, Bob Moesta has become a guiding force in the realm of innovation and customer-centricity. Lorraine Nibut (she/her/siya) is an operational strategist, coach, and founder of Unapologetic Consulting, where she designs systems and processes rooted in regenerative and liberatory practice. Her work spans nonprofit and for-profit sectors, including architecture, real estate, and land-based community development, building operational frameworks that center healing, accountability, and equity. She also leads active site research and community visioning work in rural development and land stewardship across California, Oregon, and Mexico. With nearly a decade of cross-sector experience, she brings a values-grounded approach to both the institutions she serves and the land-rooted futures she is actively building.

Stephanie Tess Manrique

Stephanie Tess Manrique is the Founder and Executive Director of Sanctuary for the Sacred Arts, a nonprofit
organization devoted to land preservation, ancestral knowledge systems, and the intersection of art and science.
Within the nonprofit sector Stephanie’s work has consistently focused on climate justice and social justice, driven by a
passion for creating meaningful, lasting change.
Stephanie is a seasoned Creative Consultant, Public Speaking and Acting Coach. She specializes in training executives
and leadership teams to enhance their communication impact, believing that leaders who are aligned and coherent
within themselves can cultivate thriving and engaged organizations. Over the past 15 years, Stephanie has worked with prominent brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Mercedes, and guided
talent on stages like TED X and The Moth. Stephanie founded Conspirators Talent Management Agency in Berlin and
as a former casting director she trained with renowned Hollywood coaches like Sandra Seacat and Larry Moss, she
merges Dramatic Arts techniques with holistic practices, helping her clients embody their ideas with authenticity and
presence. Stephanie empowers individuals to resonate with their mission and unlock the potential within themselves to lead with
purpose and humanity.

Jorinde Schulz
Secretary
Author and Activist
Jorinde Schulz is an author and activist. As part of the team of the
Berlin-based non-profit organisation Gemeingut, she organises processes
of resistance against privatisation, especially in the fields of urban
politics, sustainable public transport, and health care. Her activist
work centers around initiatives fighting racist police violence and
urban securitisation. As a member of the artist collective Spaceship
Beben, she produces feminist science fiction in words, sound and images,
most recently with the speculative audio project ‘The Republic of
Chicken’. She is the author of “Die Clubmaschine (Berghain)”, a
speculative literary essay exploring the myths and machinery of a
legendary Berlin club, and the editor of the anthology “Generalverdacht”
(General Suspicion), a multidisciplinary critical anthology about racist
criminalisation targeting migrant communities and neighborhoods in Germany.

Emilia Flores Martínez is an Indigenous poet, writer, land defender and community leader. An artisan from the Mahseual community in Hueyapan, Puebla, Mexico. She is a creator of textiles that weave together ancestral knowledge and other ontologies with academic insights.

Pablo Ceme Dzib
Mayan Community Leader.
Pablo Ceme Dzib is a Mayan indigenous community leader and governmental defense lawyer. Fluent in Mayan, he often represents Mayan elders and others who do not have the means to access legal representation. Pablo and his family have been traditional beekeepers for manygenerations in the Yucatán region of Mexico.

Charles Michel

Charles Michel is a Colombian-French food educator, experience designer, and community catalyst, blending expertise in culinary arts, experimental psychology, and human-centered design to inspire transformative change. A distinguished alumnus of the Institut Paul Bocuse (Lyon, France, 2006), Charles honed his culinary prowess in Europe’s esteemed kitchens, including a pivotal tenure at the three Michelin-starred Dal Pescatore, in Italy. frameworks and works to dismantle harmful structures and replace
them with practices that promote healing, accountability, and
justice. Unapologetic Consulting spans multiple sectors, integrating
community-focused approaches to operational design that
emphasize social responsibility, sustainability, and systemic change.
